  • Going to a physiotherapist: this is the most suitable choice, especially for athletes. Injuries caused by sporting activities deserve appropriate treatment. Going to a sports physiotherapist is ideal for recovering tendons through specific therapies.

Tendonitis is not an extremely serious condition but must be treated carefully. Don’t take the messages your body sends you lightly.
